Intellitech Inc. is a manufacturer of Liquid Filling and Closure Machinery. We produce custom liquid fill and finish machinery that delivers precision results for regulated liquid filling environments. Our products are widely used in Biotech Pharmaceutical and Specialty Chemical Industries. i-FILL® Multi-Head Liquid Filleri-FILL® Multi-Head Liquid Filler is ideally suited for large volume liquid filling. This filler fill volumes ranging from 100ml to multi liter single cycle dispense. The multi head pump successfully transfers delicate product and live cells with a high viability rate. Our Multi-Head Liquid Filler accommodates standard cleaning protocols or Single-Use Technology (disposable fluid path) without sacrificing unmatched precision liquid filling. Single-Use disposable fluid path minimizes risk of cross contamination AND reduces change over from more than 32 parts (including valves gaskets seals and nozzle) to 1 double-bagged gamma-irradiated assembly. It employs single-Use or stainless steel liquid filling parts interchangeably.

What began as an engineering services provider in the basement of a home is now a manufacturer of a full line of liquid filling and closure machinery. intelliTECH product development has been a combination of expertise and customer’s need. With proven experience in the design and integration of precision liquid filling, automation, robotics and electrical controls our products are satisfying customers through their ease of use and reliable performance for the biotech, pharmaceutical and specialty chemical industries. Products include the modular i-FILL® family of precision liquid filling pumps (available with single use, disposable fluid path), i-CAP® package closure systems, the intelliFILLER line of liquid fill/finish solutions and intelliFLEX conveyors for the bio-tech, pharmaceutical and specialty chemical industries.

Community Involvement
intelliTECH is not only a company focused on pleasing our customers, we also are committed to promoting educational opportunities and economic growth in our community through some of the following activities. We believe that being involved in the community promotes the development of technology and increases awareness of the benefits of technology.

Created 22 intern positions through the Carroll County Career & Technology Center, Project Lead the Way and York College Engineering Program.
Donated supplies & training materials to the Carroll County Career & Technology Center’s Engineering (Project Lead The Way) & Machine
