Timers: We provide Base Mount Timers Plug-in Timers Panel Mount Timers and Block Timers. Our Model 1010 Base Mount Timer has an external plug in DPDT relay which can be quickly replaced with an accessory solid state output. Features isolated timing control contacts which are independent of unit input power. We provide Small On Delay Plug-in timer for quick installation. It is available in time ranges from 0.02 to 500 seconds. The application of input power is the control signal for the timing circuit.
Counters: Our Model 1105C Digital Counter features 2 inputs and 5 input modes. A large 6 digit LCD display coupled with soft touch buttons facilitate unit programming. Choose from 7 output functions with SPDT relay or open collector transistor output. Two power supply ranges are available as well as two input count speeds.
Sensors: Our Sensors include Limit switch style / Block shape Inductive Sensors Ring sensors – Inductive proximity Tubular Inductive Proximity Sensors Model 1217P DC Inductive Sensor Model 1221 DC Inductive Sensor Model 1248A Limit Switch Style Motion Detector Model 1250 AC/DC Inductive Sensor Model LLP-100 Probe and Model TMS-D Cylindrical Magnet Sensor. We provide Base Mount Motion Detectors Limit Switch Style Motion Plug-in Resistance Base Mount Resistance Voltage and Liquid Level Detectors.
We have 8 injection molding machines for thermoplastic resin and 1 injection molding machine for thermoset resin (Bakelite). Machine tonnage ranges from 35 to 200 tons. This translates into a maximum shot Detailed Company Information area of about 40 square inches. In addition to Plastic Injection molding we also perform Screen Printing Pad Printing and Custom Hole drilling.
Our electronic assembly division specializes in wiring harnesses and contract manufacturing of PC boards PC board assembly and many items associated with the electronics industry.
